About Estoril Classics
Created in 2017 with the aim of bringing the world's most important classic cars and competitions to the Estoril Circuit, Estoril Classics quickly became a mandatory stop on the itinerary of all classic car and motorbike lovers.
The presence of tourists will have a direct impact on this event, but it will also have a multiplier effect by elevating the region of Cascais' reputation and standing among gentlemen drivers. It is to be anticipated that this will result in an increase in the year-round activities, such as visits by classic car clubs, an increase in the number of foreign visitors who view Cascais as the ideal destination for a vacation with family and friends, race training/testing prior to competing in the events, and car restoration in Portugal, a rapidly expanding industry.
The sixth edition of Estoril Classics will take place between 6 and 8 October 2023, bringing together all types of circuit historic racing in the same venue:
- Formula 1
- Sports Cars
- GTs
- Touring Cars
The Autódromo do Estoril will serve as the sole venue for the Estoril Classics. It will include the outstanding worldwide championships run by Peter Auto, as well as the Iberian Historic Endurance, and the Classic F1 - for Formula 1 up to 1986 - which will be the event's centerpiece.
